The R400 Uni-Fit Gutter Outlet is a universal spigot outlet designed to provide a simple and effective way of adding an additional downpipe to existing guttering.
Unlike conventional gutter outlets that are installed when the gutter is originally fitted, the Uni-Fit spigot can be installed retrospectively. This makes it particularly useful when an existing gutter system requires additional drainage capacity or when water regularly overflows from the gutter during heavy rainfall.
A 54mm–57mm diameter hole is required in the gutter to install the outlet. Once fitted, the spigot provides a connection for 68mm downpipes, including round, square and Regency-style downpipes.
Adding an extra downpipe can help improve the flow of rainwater through an existing gutter system.
If your gutters regularly overflow during heavy rain, this can be a sign that the existing outlets or downpipes are struggling to handle the volume of water. Installing an additional Uni-Fit outlet and downpipe can provide an additional route for rainwater to drain away.

To install the R400 Uni-Fit outlet, a 54mm–57mm diameter hole must first be made in the gutter at the desired outlet position.
The underside section is fitted beneath the gutter and provides the connection sleeve for the downpipe. The upper section is then screwed into the underside component, securing the outlet in position. The supplied gasket helps ensure a watertight seal.
